Place of data processing
We process Personal Data that we receive from you when you make a request for a quote on our websites or when you use our services or applications.
We also collect personal data from customers who communicate with us by e-mail and from those who provide their e-mail address to register for our applications or websites, to subscribe to our mailing lists (e.g., Newsletter), or to communicate with us through live chat.

Method of processing and storage
We process Data through automated means (e.g., using electronic procedures and media) and/or manually (e.g., on paper) only for as long as is necessary to provide the services you have requested or to meet our contractual and statutory obligations in accordance with applicable laws (such as retention obligations under trade or tax laws). Generally, the time limit for retention or documentation specified in applicable laws ranges from 2 to 10 years. After the relevant retention periods expire, your personal data may be deleted (on a regular basis), anonymized, or transferred to an archive. In such an archive, the user’s personal data could be used for historical, scientific, or statistical purposes, dispute resolution, and surveys.

Privacy of minors
Eimí will not intentionally collect Personal Information from a person who is not legally an adult as defined by local law. Eimí does not target minors in connection with its websites, applications, and related services. In the event that Eimí processes personal information of a person who is not legally recognized as an adult, it will require parental consent according to local laws and regulations in order to protect that person.
Right to be forgotten
Pursuant to Articles 15-21 of the GDPR, in relation to the Data disclosed, the Data Subject has the right to:
- access and request a copy;
- request deletion/rectification;
- obtain the restriction of processing;
- object to processing carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller;
- receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit without hindrance such Data to another Data Controller, where technically feasible;
- to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, a Data Subject who considers that the processing concerning him or her violates the Privacy Legislation has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the Member State where he or she resides or usually works, or of the State where the alleged violation occurred.
